Keeping in the background

Adolf Hitler visited Italy in 1938 for a week, between 3 qnd 10 May. He travelled to Rome by train. In Rome, the king of Italy and Mussolini picked him up at the station. By car they went to the Palazzo Quirinale, where a meeting was arranged. Than they drove through the city in an open car. There was a military parade that Hitler attended and they layed a garland at La Piaza. On the second day there was another miltary parade on the Via del Fori Imperiali as can be seen above. But wait a minute - who's that marching with them?
